Nodor Professional 80% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts Review

These darts have been great. I bought them as a spare set because I did not want my friends using my $80 set of darts. What I found out was these throw just as good and have about the balance. What is different is diamond cut nurling found on the more expensive darts.

Nodor Professional 90% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts Review

I picked these up just yesterday and have played with them for about 5 hours total (they were the most expensive darts carried by Academy).I bought the 26 gram variety and to this point they have been well worth the upgrade, as my clusters are much more accurate than with the fatter, lighter $8 darts I was throwing before. My only gripe with them is that one of the fins that came pre-attached was bent rather badly and had to be replaced.I should also mention that I have already lost a shaft due to robin hooding it with another dart (piercing one dart with another), but this is why it comes with extras.

Bottom line:For 90% tungsten these are priced well, and you get an excellent dart for a beginner looking to become an intermediate.

Update: May 1st, 2010

These darts continue to please, and my game continues to improve though I admit the temptation to try an even higher quality dart at times just to see what they would be like. The tips have remained sharp despite meeting with the concrete of my buddy's garage on more than one occasion.

Nodor Professional Tungseel Steel Tip Darts Review

The best thing about these darts,is the metal shafts on them. They won't break if they hit the ground.Nice long needle point. The gun metal finish looks nice and the needle has it too. Feels good in my hand. I like the union jack [...] with a hard plastic carring case if you want to take them with you somewhere.

Nodor Professional 80% Tungsten Steel Tip Darts Review

I have had flawless performance from them. The fletches weren't exactly the same but they fly great, look great, and are both heavy and skinny. I am very pleased.
