This bag turned out to be larger than I expected.It's challenging to get through a door with this by my side or to put it in my car's trunk or back seat.So if you want lots of storage, this bag is for you.It carries all of my workout clothes and gear for kickboxing and karate.I have boxing gloves, sparring vest, headgear, sparring boots, jump ropes, etc.The only drawback was the zippers.A few were tough to use.One got completely stuck.I had to break it to get to the stuff inside.That is the only reason why I did not give it five stars.It is a great bag for carrying all the stuff for a sport that requires lots of gear.
Get it! Strong; absorbs a lot of shock and cuts down on noise.Saves the stress of whatever your bag is mounted to or hung from.I have a 100 lb bag and the 150 lb rating is perfect for it.
I wanted something that would be maneuverable and flexible yet taking blows both from hand strikes and kicks and without a doubt I made the right decision. I used to get bruises on my forearm from kicks, but after using these those have come to a stop and I don't need to have some heavy padding as I did before.
I am learning kung fu, and wanted to practice various kicks with my wife without breaking her arm. This pad absorbs my hardest kicks. The only complaint my wife has is that the pad is a bit heavy for her.
