I've had many Wilson A2000 gloves, and this one is just average.The glove fits strangely on your hand, and the padding is sub-par.Wilson has made much better gloves than this one.

Wilson A2000 XLC-T 12 1/2" Dual-Hinge Web Pitcher Baseball Glove Review

I realize gloves are not what they used to be but this glove is a typical A2000 quality glove.I use it for softball and it works well.It does take a while to break in.

Wilson A2000 XL-B 12.5 Inch Baseball Glove Review

This is probably the best professional quality glove offered today when you think about cost-benefit.
Although it's a Pitcher glove it can be used in every single position in the field other than Catcher and 1st Base. It is an overall balanced glove with a great design. The leather takes sometime to break in but after it does you will never want a different glove.
Those who watch regularly MLB games will notice that some pitchers who were supposed to be playing with a newer model came back to the old and good A2000 XL-B.
I just bought my second one last week and will use it until both of them wear out completely.

Wilson A2000 1787 11.75 Inch Baseball Glove Review

Bought this glove for my son to break in for next season.Was a little confused with the description as it stated two different things...for left handed throwing and right handed throwing.Took a chance after calling Amazon rep. who assured me if it wasn't right I could send it back without paying return shipping.Received it rather quickly and it was the correct glove (for right handed throwing).This is a nice piece of leather and should last a long time.I'm only giving it four stars because we had to tighten the web strings in a short period of time.The ball kept getting stuck.Everything is ok though and I recommend it for the quality and price.

Wilson A2000 1915-B 11.75 Inch Baseball Glove Review

I've been hearing about Wilson A2000 gloves for years.After finally buying one, I must say I'm disappointed.I bought this for my son for Christmas.After taking it out of the box, the first thing you notice is the stiffness of the leather.I guess this is a good thing in the long run, but I just wasn't prepared for how long this would take to break-in.Right away, I started oiling it, and tying it up and playing "catch" with myself.I figured I'd better get going if my kid going to be able to use it by spring.Here I am in June, and it's still not broken in well.He mostly used his cheap, too small for him glove that I bought 3 years ago.Other complaints: 1 - the "Dial-Fit System" broke very early on.It seemed like a cheap gimmick for an expensive glove.2 - Wilson's service is a joke.When I tried to contact someone about the broken "Dial-Fit", I was given the run-around.Then they just stopped responding.Nice way to treat a customer.

This is one of the original A2000 gloves.This glove is often marketed as a pitchers or 3rd base glove, but it is actually a versitile all purpose glove.Sure, the pocket may be considered too deep for middle infield, or not long enough for the outfield, but the dual hinge pocket will make this a glove one you won't mind using at any position.My 13 year old son now uses this glove that I bought six years ago as his outfield glove.It does take some time to properly break in, but like all good gloves, it is worth the wait.Fantastic overall glove that should be more widely used.
