#1930C L1 LED Pelican Flashlight Review

Got this based on a review from another site, and it's lived up to its reputation.

Very bright, very tough, and small enough to carry around on my key chain during my undercover spy missions in eastern Europe where I tango with lovely double agents. Comes with several different coloured lenses so you can switch to a red one and save your night vision while infiltrating the castles of criminal masterminds bent on world domination.

Coast TT7830CP Mini Tac Flashlight, Black, Black Review

I find it extremely useful in the most unexpected situations to have a flashlight handy most of the time.This one is a dandy size for carrying in a vest or coat pocket so it's always in ready reach.It's not as bright as Coast's "3 button cell" light of similar size, but it's *plenty* bright for most things (seeing to walk in a blackout, reading labels on the back of a computer under a desk, you know:the usual stuff :), and AAA batteries are much more readily available than button cells are, not to mention cheaper.

It does not work very well and you have to turn and turn; and then
it might work.It needs some grease.Would not advise buying this
model.Buy a larger one.The picture looks larger; but it is very
small.

#2400PLC StealthLite Pelican Flashlight w Photoluminsecent Shroud Review

I carry this light and a center strip of LED's on my helmet and more often use the pelican over the LEDs. The photoluminescent shroud makes it easier for my crew to spot me, and the switch is easy to find and operate with gloves on. Although I haven't used this light in IDLH situations, I have good confidence it will perform as advertised. This light is well worth the price.

Solid and inexpensive for fluorescing scorpions.Specimens resolve quite nicely at the wavelength this unit emits.I've noticed that other substances (food, bodily fluid) doesn't fluoresce as say, a tube would.But if you need a combination UV/standard flashlight for indoor or outdoor close-quarter use, this gets the job done.
