Thera-Band Exercise Tubing - Latex Tubing - 100 ft. Review

I'd noticed other reviews of exercise tubing in which some folks got the stated length but not as a single piece.This company is also apparently doing the same.I was hoping to get the 25 feet as a single piece, not as the 11 and 16 feet chunks I got (and I don't consider getting a bit 'extra' any bonus).If you order 100 ft ...what do you get ten 10foot pieces.Not completely truthful in my opinion.

Made of natural rubber, exercise tubing is available in seven lengths of progessive resistance. Resistance levels, obtained by varying the thickness of the tubing, are color-coded in proprietary Thera-Band colors increasing in difficulty through seven levels from tan to silver. The color-coding system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results. In general, tan and yellow are used for early rehabilitation or very frail individuals. Rep Band Latex-Free Tubing - 25' (25 ft) Review

I bought these in three levels (3, 4, and 5). The 3 is a good starting point, but as I have been using weight machines, I like the 4. I bought a set of handles and it a nice sturdy product. The best part, no latex smell, and no allergic reactions for me. It was easy to set up with handles, and functions as well as the tubes with handles at my gym. I will up date if they wear out fast, but they feel like they will last.

KT TAPE Professional Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape - 240 Inch Pre-Cut Roll Review

I purchased this tape after hearing that it was a miracle worker for athletic injuries and so many athletes/olympians used it.That was my first mistake!I have an ITB injury on my knee so i was hoping this would ease pain during running.I watched the application video on [...] at least 20 times, and the tape around my knee looked exactly like it did on the video.Mistake #2 is that i was applying the tape myself.In all of the videos a physical therapist (or model posing as one) is applying it to another person.So I may have actually applied it wrong because I had to do it myself and in many cases the person was laying down on their side, so doing it that way alone is tough!My biggest issue with this tape is that the instructions say it can stay on your skin up to 5 days...well you know what?!It didn't stay on for more than 5 minutes once I went out for my run!I really think companies should be held accountable for advertising their products to the average consumer, when maybe a physical therapist really should be the only one using this.With improper use I'm sure injuries could actually become worse.I am going to put this to the test again on my next run since I now have an entire roll to use, but my first impression is awful.
