GoFit 65cm Professional Stability Ball Review

I've had this for about a week.I'm over 200 lbs and have been on this ball for over 30 minutes each day.It's held up even with heavy bouncing.I've had shoudler surgery, so this really helps with some exercises that normally would be impossible.It's a good ball, with minor odor that goes away in a couple of days.I haven't watched the dvd, but I'll get to that this weekend.Right now I'm mainly doing therapy with it.
