This product is very sturdy and bright. My son got a smaller version of an energizer hardcase flashlight (the one that outputs 30 lumens) and we love it. it works great and the light is very bright. The reason my 3 year old son got this flashlight is because he broke his mag-light. We have been a mag-light family for many years but today i just went out and bought this bigger flashlight shown on this page. it too looks very sturdy and extremly bright with it's 80 lumen output. it survives falls with no problem and holds up to our 100 pound black lab as well.
