Professional Exercise Ball 85 cm Review

While it may be SOP to charge shipping on a return, when it is the vendor's error that causes the problem the vendor should be responsible for the return shipping.The ordered exercise ball arrived in a box marked 85cm but was, unfortunately a smaller size.At 6'6" I cannot use the smaller ball.

The eSportsonline rep, when told of the error informed me that I could not exchange the product but would have to order another from Amazon and that even though it was their mistake, I would indeed be responsible for the return shipping on the product.That is not a policy I tolerate, nor should you.

In effect, the great buy on this exercise ball for me purchased nothing but inconvenience, lost time and an expenditure of money that bought nothing.

Needless to say, I won't be using this company again.
